Keyplan Engineering Ltd was established in March 1977 as a small heating and ventilation contractor.
In 1997 the three current directors staged a management buyout from the then owner and since then Keyplan Engineering Ltd has experienced a steady increase in growth, customers, productivity, and repeat business.
We have installed a wide range of services in the domestic, commercial and public sectors, including hospitals, libraries, schools, hotels, sports complexes, sheltered housing, schools for the handicapped, clean rooms for electronics assembly, banks, building societies, shops, churches, laboratories, public houses, restaurants, theatres, cinemas, ambulance stations, post offices, telephone exchanges, letter sorting offices, swimming pools, nursing homes and elderly persons care villages.
We are a member of the Heating and Ventilation Contractors Association (HVCA) and also a member of the HVCA’s specialist Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Group (RUAG).
We are CORGI registered and fully approved with ACS qualified personnel.
We are accredited contractors with Constructionline and the Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS).
