Keyplan Engineering Ltd have been appointed to carry out the design, supply, installation & commissioning of the mechanical services to 3 primary areas of Bath College, namely, 3rd floor Macaulay building, 4th floor Herschel Building & The Forge.
The works comprise the isolation and making safe of existing services in readiness for the removal of redundant services by others, whilst maintaining live services to key areas. Thereafter the re-instatement of new services following the refurbishment of said areas.
Spencer Hurst will project manage for Keyplan and said this:
"This project promises to be a breath of fresh air for me personally having been involved with more domestic style work over the past couple of years and I am relishing the opportunity to deliver the best service I can to a very valued client in Bray & Slaughter.
Refurbishments by their very nature can be tricky, and we must use the time we have whilst the students are off in order to get off to the best start possible, all the signs are looking great so far."
